Can never get anyone to get me food from the hot case tried numerous times. the people working back there are making sandwich no one for hot case

Love the store! Every employee is friendly and greets you. They ask if you need help and actually help if you need it. This includes the store manager, Jason. He has gone out of his way to assist us. The store is clean and well stocked. The pharmacist is the nicest and most helpful one we've ever met. It is a pleasure to shop here. It is worth paying a bit more at times for such quality. Thank you Publix.

Very disappointed today!!! A couple weeks ago the deli offered a hot, ready to go, "Chick Filet" like, fried Chicken breast sandwich. Very good and I said so on social media and to friends recommending they try it. Well, turns out, it's not readily available when not a special. Okay, for the next several weeks I would order and wait 10-15 minutes while it was prepared to order. Well worth the wait. Today, however, all I've encountered is resistance and obfuscation and an hour after trying to order at the counter, on the phone and on line. I've given up... It sucks too, because I had my heart set. Publix and Arcadia don't seem to mesh. It's a shame.
