Matt is GREAT! Excellent service. The last 2 times we've been here he was the one to wait on us. He was super friendly and professional from the time we ordered to the time we left. Service times have improved immensely since we first started visiting this location. We will be back!
This is a poor excuse for a restaurant. Everytime...there are problems. If the servers are trying to steal my change, it's no answer at the drive thru. Today, no answer at the drive- then no answer at the curb order pole. I had to walk in the door, only to find 2 employees doing their own thing. Customers only get in the way.
Took 4 times to repeat my 4 drink order and nearly 10 minutes to receive it. Mind you there was only 3 other people there which had food. Only thing plesent was the guy food runner. Very cheerful. 5 star for him.
Everyone has been trained and i have seen a big turn around in staff. Happy to work here and to meet the great people of arcadia. Cant wait to see how far we will go with the new motivate crew.
Great food....great service...friendly people. Will go again and again. Love the iced coffee and the buy one get one wings on Thursday nights.
