Always takes an eternity to check in for one reason or another (like 20 friggin minutes), wifi sucks, and their room rates are way overpriced, thanks to the lack of competition in the area. If I wasn't here for work and actually paying with my own money, I'd go with Airbnb. But I do have to admit the rooms are nicely updated.
The air conditioner did not seem to stay on very long in my room - certainly not enough to cool the room to 70 degrees. The breakfast buffet was tired - nothing spectacular/fresh. The hotel has been recently renovated so it looked great. It just does not have that customer service/thank you for staying with us feeling.
Very clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Free breakfast. We stay here every year.
I love Holiday Inns! I fell out of the shower at this one, so I'm hoping they will put something in the bath tub to make it less slippery. I'm not old or handicapped. It is really slippery! The beds and pool
I give this rating because i was denied my room simply because i hollered for my dog in the parking lot when she escaped from my vehicle. And i was a person redeeming my hotel voucher from fema! Transitional housing assistance from fema so i had no where else to go. I was really leaning on this room for a few nights that fema was so nice to pay for me! But instead the employees were really petty and was just looking for an excuse to kick me out and not let me stay there. The overall service and treatment i received from the front desk ladies was very unpleasant. 2 thumbs down for this place! Oh and did i mention the prices of the rooms are ridiculous!
