I went in for a trim. The most simple "clean up the edges while taking off as little length as possible please" type trim. I thought that a cheap no reservation hair cut place would be fine for something so basic. The woman hacked off six inches of hair in most places. Random chunks of the back of my hair were cut almost ten inches. There is no rhyme or reason to the method of hair hacking; nothing that can be construed as a shape of any kind. One side is longer than the other. I repeatedly asked her to not cut my bangs. She told me she was going to anyway and did. It's a mess. The salon wasn't busy. No line. I wasn't in a hurry. I can't think of a reason for a "cut" this bad other than incompetence. I used to have chest length hair and now I am angrily considering what chin length hairstyles might look good on me so I can go to a real salon and find someone who can try to salvage what's left.
My four year old niece cut all her hair off with a pair of safety scissors. I looked better than the cut I paid this salon for.
They didn't want to be bothered. After a crappy haircut an an hour wait the second time in we left. They were in a shift change and didn't know if they could do it....they should lock the doors on it
