I ordered a dish garden supplemented with cut flowers for a funeral. My aunt & cousin both told me that "my" flowers were beautiful and tastefully done, while the arrangements that they ordered for ~$20 more from a different Arcadia-area florist were sparse and limp. They both say they will only use The Valley in the future.
