I called at 7:59pm on a Friday and shocked when they answered (as cheerful as if it were the beginning of the day) Sales Manager Derrick Mulligen happily went through their inventory looking for a very specific Enclave I wanted. He had it! Tim Sainsbury (excellent; not pushy) helped me on Saturday and I drove away with EXACTLY what i had searched three states and multiple dealerships for. Arcadia is a hidden gem and worth the drive.
This was an excellent experience. Derrick and Burt were responsive to our needs while providing great customer service. They made a difficult situation easier!! We will recommend them to our family and friends.
Yesterday, I called to schedule my first service. No one would pick up the phone in the service dept. Eventually, the main desk took my name and number and said they would have the service dept call me back to schedule. I never heard from them again.

I worked with Dale Turner on my purchase. I scheduled my appointment with him ahead of time after making an inquiry on the car via e-mail. He did everything he said he would, and really went the extra mile to make sure this car was perfect when I got to the dealership. I had some questions and concerns, which he addressed promptly and professionally. Dale seems to be a man of honesty and integrity. The dealership was busy, so I had to wait a bit to get to finance, but once there, it was an efficient process with no high pressure sales tactics. Everyone I interacted with there was helpful, but I would definitely recommend checking this dealership and asking for Mr. Turner. Thanks!
I originally gave them 5 stars because I got a great deal on a new truck. That's about all they seem to be doing right. I inquired about buying a Tahoe or Suburban....never heard back.
